Delivery Charges
Are kept as low as possible and are calculated based upon the weight and/or size of the goods. You pay one shipping price per order not per item. Simply add items to the basket and select your delivery country to see the exact delivery cost. 

Dispatch & Shipping times
We aim to dispatch orders received before 12.00 noon on the same day, orders received after 12.00 noon will be dispatched usually next day (unless otherwise indicated on the individual product pages). Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Shipping times are from time of dispatch not time of order.

Royal Mail First Class normally arrive within 1-3 working days but sometimes can take longer.
Priority service uses a Tracked service, usually Royal Mail Tracked24 and is a  1-2 working days delivery.

We use Royal Mail as our courier and they will be responsible for your delivery once it is received by them.
When your items arrive if nobody is there to receive them you should receive instructions on how to proceed.
