If you have changed your mind and want to return an item you can do so provided that we are informed within 14 days of receipt and it is unused and in the original undamaged packaging. All items must be returned securely to avoid damage in transit. Our light sensitive items come in sealed bags, once that seal is broken they can not be returned. You will be responsible for the return postage cost.
If a shipments is returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information (provided by the customer), original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges to re-ship items will apply.
For shipments refused by the recipient for any reason, or for shipments returned to us for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes, shipping charges are non-refundable and charges to re-ship items will apply.
If you have received a faulty item we will cover the costs related to the return and replacement. We understand this might cause some inconvenience and we apologise for it, but we will try and deal with it as quickly as possible.
